Home to one of the top five universities in the world, Cambridge is a city of culture, literature, music and sport.

The city has several notable museums, including The Fitzwilliam Museum, which is the largest in the city, the Museum Of Archaeology and The Museum of Cambridge.

Amazingly, Cambridge played a unique role in the invention of modern football: the game's first set of rules were drawn up by members of the University in 1848!
